Nice and stripey: front and back

It’s springtime and the gardener in me is jumping for joy, revelling in compost, seeds and seedlings. I am planning the planting of my tubs and beds, carefully nurturing those seedlings that have migrated to the greenhouse, tucking them in under fleece at night, uncovering them come morning.

Pressed and ready to wrap

The beauty of baby knits (which I may have mentioned once or twice before) is that they knit up really quickly and much to Middle Mudlets delight, I have now finished this project. Middle Mudlet is delighted for two reasons, the first of which is that this was for her teacher and the second, that I can now start on her new jumper, the pattern and yarn for which arrived in the same parcel as the Babyglitz. Having finished my King Cole Cobalt top (post to follow tomorrow after blocking), I prepared to pack my stuff away, until I have the yarn and pattern for my next project.
